An Extraordinary Journey with Definite Standards

Aligned with the UAE's digital transformation goals, the CSC is advancing the National Cybersecurity Strategy to fortify digital infrastructure and government systems. It works in collaboration with relevant authorities to establish specific standards and regulatory measures governing the import, export and use of sensitive cybersecurity equipment and software.

At the CSC, we have embarked on an inspiring journey of innovation and growth, achieving significant milestones along the way. Guided by the strategic vision of our leadership, we embrace the principle of ‘nations that foresee the future and prepare for it are the architects that shape it.’

Our mission is to realize the aspirations and vision of our nation by safeguarding its institutions, communities and digital infrastructure against cyber threats, while also enhancing our achievements in cybersecurity, an essential pillar of sustainable development. We are committed to a secure digital future by implementing cutting-edge security solutions and developing a comprehensive national cybersecurity framework.

This includes formulating strong cybersecurity strategies and policies, as well as launching innovative programs that promote a culture of cybersecurity to all members of society. Our goal is to establish a resilient cybersecurity defence system and train national talents capable of adapting to the new digital world, thereby supporting our leadership’s vision of positioning the UAE as a global cybersecurity hub.

The UAE has demonstrated remarkable resilience in overcoming challenges and transforming them into opportunities, consistently ranking at the forefront of global cybersecurity indicators. We have earned recognition as a "Leading Model" in cybersecurity, as reflected in the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), where we achieved the highest category ranking. This success has significantly enhanced our global standing and competitiveness in this critical field.

As today’s world witnesses a global technological revolution, where information technology is shaped by the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, cybersecurity serves as our digital shield. It protects our communities and families, ensuring the privacy and security of our data and works to preserve the achievements of our nation.
