As part of the seminar series organized by the College of Graduate Studies at the Dubai Police Academy, and under the Academy Lab initiative titled ‘Cyber Fraud in the Age of AI,’ H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government, took part in a keynote session addressing the key challenges and opportunities in combating cyber fraud amid rapid AI advancements.
The session explored the evolving nature of cyber fraud in light of emerging technologies and highlighted the importance of strengthening awareness, preparedness, and coordinated efforts to address increasingly sophisticated digital threats. His Excellency’s participation reflected the UAE’s continued focus on advancing dialogue around cybersecurity and emerging risks in the AI era.
The session was attended by H.E. Brigadier Dr. Sultan Abdul Hamid Al Jamal, Director of the Dubai Police Academy, alongside senior officials and Master’s students from the Academy’s Cybersecurity Program.
