H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government, delivered the opening keynote at the CyberFirst UAE Summit 2026, titled ‘Cybersecurity in the Digital Age: A National Strategic Approach.’ The summit serves as a leading platform dedicated to strengthening the cybersecurity ecosystem and accelerating the adoption of global best practices to protect digital infrastructure and support secure innovation. 

The summit brings together CISOs, cybersecurity executives, government officials, and technology pioneers to strengthen the UAE’s cyber resilience and advance digital trust. It will also act as a catalyst for policy exchange, strategic collaboration, and innovation leadership by convening senior stakeholders from the government, finance, energy and utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure sectors. 

Key themes of the summit included national cyber resilience, AI and cloud security, Zero Trust architectures, cyber governance and regulation, threat intelligence, supply chain security, and the role of leadership in building and sustaining digital trust.
