On the sidelines of the World Governments Summit, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government, delivered a strategic overview during the International Programme for Civil Aviation Leaders, attended by representatives from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). 

The session aimed to reinforce the UAE’s leadership and advance its strategic interests, in line with the country’s broader agenda, particularly in civil aviation. It also featured strategic presentations and specialized discussions on the intersection of aviation, tourism, and government development, as well as insights into the governments of the future, reflecting the UAE’s position as a global hub for shaping the future. 

The International Programme for Civil Aviation Leaders serves as a leading platform for the exchange of expertise among officials and decision-makers in the aviation sector. It also contributes to the development of innovative policies that enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency, while supporting sustainable innovation in the aviation industry at both the regional and international levels.
