H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti inaugurated the world's largest summit in the field of governance, performance, risk, and compliance under the slogan "GRC Integrated with Performance and Strategy" held in Dubai, on OCTuary 25, 2023, His Excellency pointed out the importance of GRC systems to achieve Cyber Security objectives and create a safe environment to face increasing cyber-attacks in addition to appropriate regulations and legislation.
UAE and Montenegro sign MoU
On the sidelines of the World Government Summit A Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of Cyber Security was signed with the Republic of Montenegro on February 13, 2023, within the framework of enhancing international cooperation, in order to activate joint efforts and exchange experiences between the two countries, enable work in the field of cyber security, and create a safe and sustainable cyber environment.

H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti participated in the Accelerating Moonshot Discovery Dialogue, which was held within the activities of the World Government Summit on February 14, 2023. Cyber Security Council at Intersec
The activities of the Cyber Security Council kicked off at Intersec on OCTuary 17, 2023, with an opening speech from H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, followed by sessions and workshops with the participation of a group of experts, interested in this field and enriching them through cyber training to enhance knowledge and technical skills, and spread cyber culture in addition to valuable information about the cyber pulse.
Organizing the World Cyber Championship
The Cyber Security Council organized the first qualifiers of the World Cyber Championship on OCTuary 23, 2023, in Dubai, which aimed to protect cyberspace from attacks with the participation of more than 70 countries and valuable cash prizes, in addition to investing in human cadres in the field of Cyber Security and information security and then completing the Championship at the GISEC on March 15 and the final round on March 16, 2023.
Before the Attack: Cyber Security in the Digital Age
A dialogue session was held at the Arab Government Administration Forum held within the World Government Summit under the title "Before Hacking Immunity in the Era of Digital Transformation" on February 14, 2023, in which His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Al-Kuwaiti participated in addition to speakers in the field of cybersecurity to discuss the cyber situation in the Arab world and how to effectively address its threats to ensure a prosperous digital age.

The Cyber Security Council, with the participation of Abu Dhabi Majalis and the General Women's Union, organized an awareness session to protect the family from the dangers of cyberspace within the Cyber Pulse initiative for women and families on February 8, 2023, presented by Mrs. Maryam Al Muhairi, IT Infrastructure Specialist, who stressed the importance of increasing digital awareness and the impact of the digital world on all family members.
Cyber Security Council achieved a new record in the Guinness Book
The UAE Government Cyber Security Council achieved a new record in the Guinness Book of World Records within Intersec 2023 for the largest number of participants in the "Cyber Drills" competition as the largest simulation of cybersecurity attacks from government employees and university students at the state level.
Cyber Security Council at IDEX 2023
The Cyber Security Council organized a number of Cyber Drills exercises for people with cyber capabilities at IDEX, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti participated in the first session of IDEX and NAVDEX talks and was honored on the sidelines of his participation in the panel discussion "cyber wake-up call: A pre-requisite for AI & autonomous system" and the Council's pavilion visited by many prominent figures.
Children’s well-being in a digital world Conference
H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti delivered his keynote speech at the Conference on Children's well-being in a digital world on February 6, 2023, held by the Emirates Safer Internet Society under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. His Excellency stressed that the first line of defense for cyber safety is to educate parents, guardians, and families about the online risks that they must share periodically with their children.
