Abu Dhabi Polytechnic Summer 23 Cybersecurity bootcamps conclude its events with a closing ceremony and a tribute to the participating students

ADPOLY Summer ‘23 Cybersecurity bootcamps, organized by Abu Dhabi Polytechnic and the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training sponsored by the UAE Cyber Security Council, concluded in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, August 17. These camps aim to qualify students and develop and strengthen the capacity of specialized national cyber security competencies. The final ceremony was held, which included graduating and honoring the participating students.

The five-day camp events included several extensive training courses and activities provided by a group of international cyber security experts in an interactive and practical environment, including training participants in computer networks, project management, oracle database, as well as a wide range of cyber security topics, Including cyber-attacks, network defense techniques and systems through hacking and ethical penetration tests.

These camps are part of the close collaboration between the Cyber Security Council and the Abu Dhabi Centre for Education and Technical Training, which includes several events, training, and competitions aimed at developing the skills of citizen students throughout the year, The Cyber Security Council, in cooperation with the leading educational agencies in the State, seeks to achieve the national goals of creating and qualifying a young generation and national cadres specialized in the cyber security sector, which constitutes the main nucleus in promoting the culture of cyber security in society and institutions. This contributes to enhancing the secure and reliable digital environment in the UAE, with technological development and increasing cyber threats.
